Innovative Defense Technologies, LLC is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our Internal DevSecOps team in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will design CI/CD pipelines, architect reusable IaC modules, and automate security controls to enable rapid, secure software delivery. The role requires U.S.

citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and the ability to work on-site; travel up to 10% is possible. You will collaborate with multiple engineering teams to maintain a secure software factory and compliant

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of professional, post-graduation experience in a DevSecOps, DevOps, Platform/Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering role with a strong emphasis on automation or platform administration.

Aufgaben

• Design, architect, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Hard code and automate advanced security controls in pipelines
• Configure, scale, and secure the Software Factory platform (GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube)
• Design, modularize, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Ansible and OpenTofu
• Orchestrate containerized clusters with Podman and secure communications
• Own and harden DSO deployments in air-gapped environments
• Automate compliance enforcement via DISA STIGs, NIST RMF into pipelines
• Diagnose and remediate complex system friction points
• Analyze telemetry to improve Developer Experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on best practices
