Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a reliable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-demand, on-site IT support for enterprise clients in Des Moines. You will resolve issues with Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and assist with hardware installations and network connectivity.

This contract-based, part-time role has no guaranteed hours. You will coordinate with the Service Delivery Team, carry essential tools, and follow client security policies while delivering timely technical assistance

Qualifications

• Experience providing on-site IT support for desktops and laptops.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support at client locations.
