The ideal candidate will lead construction projects valued from $60 million to over $250 million, ensuring quality execution from design to completion. You will build relationships with clients and subcontractors, manage project costs, and mentor project management staff. A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience with at least 15 years in the field is required. Comprehensive benefits and annual bonus are included.

• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
• Previous experience leading a successful project management team.
