Job summary

Pacific Pros in Los Angeles is seeking a Construction Inspector, Deputy Building, to serve as Owner's representative on LAWA projects within the Capital Improvement Program. This on-site role demands deep knowledge of code compliance, effective communication, and rigorous schedule management.

You will prepare daily inspection reports, review progress payments, and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and city officials to ensure safety and quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• LADBS Deputy licenses in concrete construction, spray-applied fireproofing, drilled-in anchors/seismic resistance, and steel construction.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive daily inspection reports capturing WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, and HOW of all construction work activities.
