Job summary

Pacific Pros is seeking a Mechanical Construction Inspector for Los Angeles World Airport (LAWA) in Los Angeles, CA. The role requires serving as the Owner's representative and supporting construction inspection across LAWA's Capital Improvement Program.

The candidate should hold ICC Commercial Mechanical Inspector certification, Cal-OSHA 30-hour training, and have 3+ years of mechanical inspection experience on building projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical inspection experience in building construction.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration installation.
• ICC Commercial Mechanical Inspector certification
• Cal-OSHA 30-hour training within last 4 years
• Fall protection and harness training

Responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical and plumbing systems across airport projects for code adherence.
• Prepare daily inspection reports documenting who, what, when, where, and how.
• Verify contractor compliance with CBC/CMC and LAWA standards.
• Coordinate inspections with engineers, contractors, and third parties
