Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping, data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform account/customer maintenance across multiple bank systems.
• Verify maintenance and account booking within the department.
• Place and verify stop payment requests daily.
• Review system reports for proper coding, posting and account function.
• Prepare outbound notices and imaging documentation; document workflows.
