Responsibilities

• Receive, stage, and prepare doors and materials for shipment.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and audits.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately.
• Process warranty claims from start to finish.
• Generate invoices and maintain accurate order documentation.
• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person.
