Job summary

ADP in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our US-wide warehouse network. You will receive, store, and ship products, maintain inventory accuracy, and support efficient order fulfillment while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math and reading skills to process orders and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against POs and packing lists.
• Organize and store inventory to maximize space and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
