Job summary

Gravity IT Resources seeks a Data Engineer IV to serve as the analytical backbone for scaling planning and reporting across SMB and Emerging Mid-Market segments. You will build and maintain driver-based funnel models, reconcile data across systems, and execute SQL and modeling tasks to turn raw data into trusted leadership plans.

You will own or co-own dashboards and data packs used by leadership and Finance to compare planned versus actual results, while ensuring data integrity and clear,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, business, revenue operations, FP&A, or related analytics role.
• Fluency in working with Claude for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with Databricks or Snowflake for data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver-based funnel models for SMB/EMM channels.
• Support creation of lever-driven planning models with variable assumptions.
• Track conversion rates and unit economics at channel and segment levels.
• Write and maintain SQL queries against the data warehouse to validate data.
• Own or co-own recurring reports and dashboards for leadership and Finance.
• Investigate variances and provide clear summaries.
• Reconcile planning artifacts into a consolidated figure.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning activities.
