Qualifications

• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience
• Proficient in structured cabling (Cat5e/6/6a) and fiber
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on-site in Parma, OH
• Professional English communication
• CDCP/CDCS or CCNA/CompTIA Network+ preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams
