Job summary

Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team in Lexington, KY. You will support critical infrastructure in world-class data center facilities with standard business hours and on-call rotation.

The role requires 3+ years of data center operations experience, strong cabling and troubleshooting skills, and relevant certifications. The position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
