Southern Staffing Group seeks an experienced Commissioning QA/QC Specialist (Electrical) for mission-critical data center projects in Plano, TX. This field role requires weekly travel to client sites and leadership of QA/QC activities across design reviews, ITPs, FATs, NCRs, and turnover.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and NEBB, and coordinate with the owner, GC, commissioning authority, and vendors to deliver safe, high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as CQM-C, CMQ/OE, CCM, CCP, PMP, or LEED AP preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead the QA/QC program for data center projects, ensuring work meets specifications and codes.
• Direct a multidisciplinary team and manage staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Oversee field activities including inspections, NCRs, FATs, and turnover.
• Interface with owner, GC, commissioning authority, design team, and third-party testing agencies.
