Job summary

Pkaza LLC is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality and commissioning on a data center construction site. You will oversee L2-L4 commissioning, manage inspectors and staff, review specifications, and drive process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5-7+ years in data center construction and QA/QC, strong leadership, NEC knowledge, and a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. PMP or related certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years data center facility construction and commissioning experience.
• 3-5 years leadership / project management experience in data center facilities.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical/m mechanical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in EE/ME; PMP or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA/QC and commissioning scopes on site for data center projects.
• Lead L2-L4 commissioning activities and supervise inspectors and staff.
• Review specifications, train staff, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Prepare reports, attend meetings, and support external audits.
• Drive process improvements and collect quality data for analysis.
