OnQGlobal is seeking experienced Owner’s Rep Project Managers to lead electrical commissioning and overall QA for large-scale data center projects. You will review plans, coordinate with GC and subcontractors, track issues, and drive start-up activities to ensure compliance with NEC and industry standards.

The role requires strong background in electrical/mechanical systems, scheduling, and collaboration with project teams to deliver on complex milestones at Fortune 100 client sites globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience on large-scale construction projects focusing on Electrical or Mechanical.
• Experience in a quality control role with knowledge of data center structural, electrical, mechanical and/or controls equipment.
• Ability to read and understand critical project documentation such as test plans, design documents, specifications, Cx scripts.

Responsabilités

• Review contract documents, Owner Project Requirements, and Basis of Design for familiarity.
• Review QC plans and startup schedule for electrical commissioning.
• Develop electrical commissioning schedule with inter-dependencies for mechanical and process systems.
• Attend startup and Cx meetings; develop commissioning look ahead using completion dates.
• Attend site MEP coordination meetings and other project coordination meetings as needed.
• Review Level 2 inspections and verify installations against drawings and specs.
• Sign off on Level 2 & Level 3 commissioning activities; log and track issues in Cx software.
