Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager with documentation, reporting and coordination across project tasks. The role acts as a right hand through the project lifecycle, ensuring timely information flow to senior managers and PMO.

The position is site-based with 30-50% travel, requiring confidentiality and strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.

• Ensure progress reporting via photos and site updates for marketing.
• Guide new employees on document management procedures.
