Job summary

Total Site Solutions (TSS) is seeking a Project Manager in Georgetown, TX to oversee rack integration projects from inception to completion. You will ensure on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery and act as liaison with clients and teams. Candidates should have manufacturing PM experience, strong Excel skills, and onsite attendance.

The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with potential weekend/evening coverage. NetSuite experience is a plus and PMP/CAPM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of PM experience.
• Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel knowledge/use.
• PMP or CAPM preferred.
• Daily Onsite/In-Office Attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Review and approve change orders and submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular check-in meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure processes are followed.
• Prepare and present project reports, including status updates to stakeholders.
• Having an out of the box mindset, who can think on their feet, while also ensuring that they maintain a high degree of accountability in all that they do.
• Can be trusted to effectively manage their projects without supervision, while at the same time being empowered to manage their projects effectively and efficiently.

Project Manager

Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX seeks a highly motivated Project Manager. This Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating technical rack integration projects from inception to completion. This role will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This PM role requires an ability to be self-motivated, while also thinking outside the box and being able to adapt as needed to successfully fulfill the role. A good working knowledge of managing projects, understanding the importance of quality, and being able to work with MRB processes is a key part of the job description. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, while also fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the role involves managing change orders and submittals, requiring a keen eye for detail and proactive problem-solving skills. Ultimately, the Project Manager will contribute to the successful delivery of projects that meet client expectations and enhance the company's reputation in the industry.

This role will support a standard Monday through Friday shift. This role may also be required to support on weekends and evenings as required.

Being able to manage projects using NetSuite is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of PM experience
