Job summary

Total Site Solutions (TSS) in Georgetown, TX seeks a results driven Project Coordinator to drive successful execution of technical projects from inception to completion. The role coordinates project setup, orders, shipping, and daily inbound material requests with strong data entry and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Google Project Mgmt Certification or equivalent PM training courses.
• Proven experience in project coordination/data entry.
• Strong understanding and proficient use of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities (set up Project/receiving and shipping orders) to meet schedule and ensure timely completion.
• Help manage change orders and ensure modifications are documented and communicated.
• Effectively track project tasks and milestones.
• Facilitate communication between project managers and internal stakeholders for alignment.
