Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a skilled Electrical Program Manager in Northlake, IL, to coordinate and manage electrical operations and maintenance within a high-critical environment. You will engage with clients and ensure that electrical procedures are properly executed. The position requires enhanced problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge in electrical operations.

Ideal candidates will possess at least 5 years of experience in the critical electrical industry, proven communication skills, and a deep understanding of Data Center operations.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated proficiency for reading and deciphering electrical one lines.
• Knowledge of Data Center Operations and System configurations required.
• Five (5) years of experience in critical electrical industry required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong team building and training skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate operations and repairs for electrical equipment onsite.
• Oversee the document management process to ensure established standards.
• Communicate with other JLL Departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators for measuring performance.
