Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Electrical Program Manager in Northlake, Illinois to maintain and coordinate operations for electrical equipment. This role involves managing CMMS systems and ensuring all electrical procedures are followed accurately.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience within the critical electrical industry and be proficient in data center operations. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health care and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated proficiency for reading and deciphering electrical one lines.
• Knowledge of Data Center Operations and System configurations required.
• Five (5) years of experience in critical electrical industry required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update CMMS on a daily basis.
• Responsible for the maintenance and operation of critical electrical equipment.
• Own, manage, implement, and balance the Preventative Maintenance schedule.

Skills

Proficient in CMMS systems

Knowledge of Data Center Operations and System configurations

Five years of experience in critical electrical industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team building and training skills

Education

Must have demonstrated proficiency for reading electrical one lines

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of building infrastructure systems
