Job summary

EverOn seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support coordination of data center construction projects from on-site roles to ensure cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met.

You will assist in budgeting, reporting, and coordinating with design, construction, and commissioning teams, while maintaining strong customer and operations interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years construction experience.
• 1+ years data center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Project).
• Yardi, Procore and Prolog experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating project activities to meet cost, schedule, document control and quality standards.
• On-site management of data center projects.
• Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity.
• Assist Project Manager and team with reporting and budgets.
• Prepare and assist with pre-installation meetings.
• Interact with power and fiber companies and EverOn operations team.

About

TheAssistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting in coordinating the activities of aproject to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met.

Education & Experience

• Help coordinate project meetings with design, construction and commissioning firms
• Prepare and assist with pre-installation meetings.
• Assist in managing EverOn budgets and schedules
• Conduct feasibility studies and cash flow management
• On site management of data center projects
• Interaction with power and fiber companies
• Assist Project Manager and project team with reporting
• Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity
• Interface with EverOn operations team
• Business development
• Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by EverOn management.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, required
• 3+ years Construction experience, required
• 1+ years Data Center experience, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Project)
• Yardi, Procore and Prolog experience, preferred
