Job summary

ROE Dental Laboratory in Independence, Ohio is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to join our on-site team. You’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive operational performance across departments.

You’ll design interactive dashboards and KPI reports, collaborating with operations, finance, and leadership to support data-driven decisions. The role requires strong Tableau expertise and SQL skills, with familiarity in Power BI or Alteryx preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience using Tableau to create dashboards and interactive reports (required).
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, or other BI tools (preferred).
• Intermediate understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• On-site work in Independence, Ohio; commuting distance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to track business metrics.
• Collect and analyze data from internal systems to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Translate business questions into actionable analytical outputs for stakeholders.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data.
• Document data sources, visualization logic, and dashboard standards.
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support ad hoc data requests and provide data-backed recommendations.
