Talnt is seeking a Data Analytics Project Manager to oversee data-driven initiatives, develop reporting solutions, and improve operational information accessibility. The role combines hands-on data analysis, SQL, Python scripting, and BI reporting in a full-time, on-site setting in Northeast Ohio.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with leadership, operations, and technology teams to deliver measurable improvements, automate processes, and ensure data accuracy across ERP, ecommerce, and WMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 2–3 years of data analytics, BI, or data-focused IT operations.
• Strong SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Python or similar scripting for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with BI tools for dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics and reporting projects from requirements to delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to set analytical priorities.
• Develop schedules, track milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems using SQL and Python.
• Design dashboards and KPI tracking in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Integrate data from ERP, ecommerce, WMS, and other sources.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve workflows.
• Investigate data quality issues and validate outputs.
• Maintain project docs, data definitions, and reporting procedures.
