Ohio Machinery Co. is seeking a BI Analyst to design and implement strategic dashboards that drive business decisions.

You will translate complex data into clear reports and visualizations using Power BI and other BI tools, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to deliver actionable insights. The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring data integrity and timely results.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Experience with BI reports and dashboards.
• Familiar with MS Analysis Services, Reporting Services, Excel Pivot Tables, Power BI.
• Experience with relational databases and query tools.
• Full project management and development lifecycle experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel overnight a few times per year.

Responsibilities

• Develops end‑to‑end new reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Identifies the most impactful layout and presents metrics in self‑service reports.
• Serves as BI subject matter expert for BI solutions.
• Provides analytics and data visualization to support decision‑making.
• Documents data requirements for data warehouse and ETL processes.
• Maintains data views and data models and tunes queries.
• Supports dashboard administration and training for users.
