Responsibilities

• Answering Customer Service department phone lines, live chat, and email tickets, to answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Perform data entry into company software programs to assist customers in placing orders.
• Complete filing tasks to track customer orders.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the unit.
