Job summary

Molly Maid of Sacramento is seeking a dependable, tech-savvy, sales-oriented person who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems. You’ll work directly with the owner, make a real difference for customers and employees, and grow your skills while helping build a successful team.

This on-site, full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, weekly pay, and opportunities to take on greater responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Turn leads into customers and convert one-time cleanings into recurring service.
• Manage calls, texts, emails, estimates, scheduling, payments, and daily office operations.
• Keep schedules accurate, support field teams, and resolve issues with customers and employees.
• Use CRM and other technology to track details, follow through, and stay organized.
• Grow local presence through social media, online profiles, and customer retention initiatives.
• Participate in occasional fieldwork and hands-on tasks as needed.
