Responsibilities

• Turn leads into customers and convert one-time cleanings into recurring service.
• Manage calls, texts, emails, estimates, scheduling, payments, and daily office operations.
• Keep schedules accurate, support field teams, and resolve issues with customers and employees.
• Use CRM and other technology to track details, follow through, and stay organized.
• Grow local presence through social media, online profiles, and customer retention initiatives.
• Participate in occasional fieldwork and hands-on tasks as needed.

What you'll do

• Turn leads into customers and one-time cleanings into recurring service through responsive, thoughtful sales and customer service.
• Manage calls, texts, emails, estimates, scheduling, payments, customer concerns, and daily office operations.
• Keep schedules accurate, support our field teams, and help resolve problems with customers and employees.
• Use our CRM and other technology to track details, follow through, and keep work organized.
• Help grow our local presence through social media, online profiles, customer retention, and team recognition.
• Pitch in where needed, including occasional fieldwork, laundry, and other hands‑on tasks.

You’ll work closely with the owner and a remote customer service colleague. As you learn the business, opportunities may include in‑home estimates, interviews, and quality checks.

Office, scheduling, sales, or customer service experience is valuable. Housekeeping experience and English/Spanish fluency are pluses, but not required.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with some flexibility around start and end times as business needs require. On-site at our office near Cal Expo in Sacramento.

Requirements:

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record; satisfactory background check. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Our service area includes Sacramento and West Sacramento, from Antelope to Elk Grove.
