Molly Maid is hiring in-office sales/estimation and customer service roles in the United States. You’ll be trained on our proven systems, handle warm leads and book cleans, and help deliver a top-notch customer experience.

We offer a structured schedule with no nights or weekends, paid time off after one year, and incentives for meeting targets. You’ll become a key brand ambassador while supporting a fun, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a satisfactory background check.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Available to work 7:00am start time.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Kick off our day! Set teams up for a successful day and monitor performance through scheduling.
• Grow and retain customers by answering calls, booking estimates and services.
• Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, professional manner and show you care.
• Jump in to return calls, respond to complaints, and support the team with a positive attitude.
