Job summary

Smart City Networks in Orlando is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative I to support exhibitors with Internet and Telephony needs at events.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person, build client relationships, and prepare quotes while ensuring accurate orders and timely service delivery.

This on-site role requires good communication, basic networking knowledge, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years customer/exhibitor service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of data networking products/services desired.
• Strong oral and written communications; telephone customer service experience essential.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships by consulting with exhibitors on their Internet and Telephony needs.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical issues with exhibitor connections.
• Crosstrain as networking technician for event installations to grow product knowledge.
• Receive and process customer orders and sell value-added services.
• Provide service desk support and daily booth check-ins when necessary.
• Prepare show site reports and maintain accurate records in the company database.
