Will work closely with the remote Customer Service Representative on leads, estimates, conversion of one-time customers to recurring customers, scheduling, payments, and time entry, backfilling each other as needed to cover breaks, meals, time off, sickness, etc. The on-site CSR will focus on the integrity of the schedule and customer retention as well as leading grassroots online Marketing. This position requires good organizational skills, flexibility, and initiative. Someone who is excited to contribute to the company’s success by working well with others and helping to promote a winning atmosphere. A willingness to do whatever it takes to grow and maintain the business including laundry.
