As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. Your focus will be to convert prospects into customers, but you will be counted on and not afraid to lead in multiple other areas of the business including scheduling, customer relations, celebrations, hiring, in-home estimating and even joining our Home Service Professionals for in-home cleaning and training! Our on-site Customer Service Representative will have a strong focus on customer service and support of our cleaning staff. Will work closely with the remote Customer Service Representative on leads, estimates, conversion of one-time customers to recurring customers, scheduling, payments, and time entry, backfilling each other as needed to cover breaks, meals, time off, sickness, etc. The on-site CSR will focus on the integrity of the schedule and customer retention as well as leading grassroots online Marketing. This position requires good organizational skills, flexibility, and initiative. Someone who is excited to contribute to the company’s success by working well with others and helping to promote a winning atmosphere. A willingness to do whatever it takes to grow and maintain the business including laundry. Solid house cleaning skills, a willingness to work in the field, and Spanish/English fluency are a plus.

Duration: Long term employee

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ability to extend hours earlier or later as needed)

Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per Hour

General office responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming phone calls, texts, and emails
• Quickly following up on leads, call center messages, and internet appointments
• Scheduling customer appointments and responding to customer inquiries and concerns
• Entering timecards, billing customers, and preparing route schedules and notes
• Monitoring and assisting in-field teams – being a safe place for them
• Working in a collaborative manner and in a team environment
• Preparing Job Quotes (phone and email) using software program and setting up and confirming in-home estimate appointments
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office including Excel, Word & Outlook, CRM)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• High level of customer service
• Scheduling experience on a computer system
• Sales skills and orientation
• Self-driven and highly motivated
• Professional with warm and engaging personality
• Valid CA Driver’s License and good record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not Required
• Housekeeping background (Preferred)
• Willingness to work in the field as needed

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in an office environment

Education:

• High School or GED (Preferred)
