Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using company systems.
• Become a product and solutions expert; answer questions on products, pricing and shipping.
• Build business relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and suggest Uline's best solutions.
• Assist customers navigating Uline's website and online ordering.
