Job summary

Americas Mailbox in Box Elder, SD is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the on-site team and ensure outstanding service across phone, email and in-person interactions.

You will coordinate with Mailroom, Accounting, Vehicle Registration and Campground operations to resolve customer needs efficiently, coach staff, and drive process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a front-desk or customer service team.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coach the on-site customer service team.
• Oversee customer interactions by phone, email, and at the front desk.
• Assist customers with mail-forwarding, vehicle registration, campground inquiries, billing, and accounts.
• Handle escalated concerns and provide effective service recovery.
• Monitor response times and overall service quality.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
