Responsibilities

• Safely conduct all tasks in accordance with safety policies.
• Enter customer purchase orders and prepare job travelers for production.
• Match vendor invoices with packing slips and purchase orders; verify amounts.
• Expedite and follow through on customer orders.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and requests.
• Record daily data in Shop Travelers and the ERP system.
• Ensure invoices are entered into the AP folder.
• Communicate with quality control and shop personnel on issues.
• Coordinate with office staff when out of the office.
• Initiate ACH and check payments; send remittance to vendors.
• Collaborate on vendor W-9s and customer resale certificates.
• Reconcile company credit cards monthly.
• Own the purchasing function and verify purchases with teammates.
• Communicate concerns promptly with teammates.
• Maintain professional business interactions.
• Follow Shop Traveler, Inspection Sheets, and blueprints.
• Maintain quality per the Quality Manual.
• Keep the work area clean and compliant with 5S.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
