Budget Blinds of Boise is seeking a Customer Care Associate to coordinate customer projects from sale through installation while keeping customers informed with proactive communication. You will manage service cases, warranty claims, repairs, and project issues, and support Sales Consultants with order coordination.

• Support Sales Consultants with order coordination and follow-through.
• Follow up on open quotes using our proven systems.
• Work closely with Sales, Install, Warehouse, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
