Job summary

Budget Blinds of Boise is seeking a Customer Care Associate to coordinate projects from sale through installation, keeping customers informed and resolving issues before they arise. You’ll work closely with Sales, Install, Warehouse and Leadership in a fast-paced, on-site Meridian-based environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and solutions that build trust and repeat business.

• Coordinate customer projects from sale through installation.
• Keep customers informed with proactive communication.
• Manage service cases, warranty claims, repairs, and project issues.
• Support Sales Consultants with order coordination and follow-through.
• Follow up on open quotes using our proven systems.
• Work closely with Sales, Install, Warehouse, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
