Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Custodian for Monday–Friday 5:00pm–10:00pm at our Washington, DC location. The role involves cleaning and maintaining public and work spaces, including executive areas, in accordance with contract specifications.

The successful candidate will perform routine cleaning, restrooms, and floor care, comply with safety policies, and support facility operations. This essential position offers part-time hours with comprehensive rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and building services in public and work space areas including executive and command areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and washable surfaces.
• Move, arrange, and lift heavy items.
• Attend required trainings and report on time.
• Comply with agency policies and contract specifications.
