Job summary

Dale Rogers Training Center (DRTC) is seeking a reliable Custodial Supervisor to support custodial operations at our main campus in Oklahoma City, OK. This hands-on leadership role directs staff, conducts inspections, and ensures cleaning standards across facilities.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of custodial supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage scheduling and payroll documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid, REAL ID‑compliant driver’s license.
• Steady employment history.
• Two years custodial/janitorial supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Ability to pass state, federal, and agency background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct custodial crew.
• Train employees (new hires and ongoing training).
• Ensure proper use of custodial chemicals and floor care products.
• Monitor attendance and ensure timely arrival to work sites.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, management, and team members.
