Dale Rogers Training Center (DRTC) in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a reliable Shift Supervisor for Janitorial Services to support custodial operations across contract sites. This hands-on leadership role ensures buildings meet contract cleaning standards while guiding custodial staff.

The Evening Supervisor will inspect, train, perform custodial tasks when needed, and provide staff with direction and tools to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in custodial, janitorial, commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or environmental services industry strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of custodial procedures, cleaning techniques, equipment operation, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Strong ability to monitor quality, maintain performance standards, and ensure contract requirements consistently met.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate staff, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct Lead Persons and Custodians at assigned contract.
• Train employees (new hires and ongoing training).
• Monitor attendance and ensure timely arrival to work sites.
• Address employee and operational issues per agency procedures.
• Participate in special events and emergency response activities as required.
• Submit payroll and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Schedule staff to meet task and frequency requirements.
• Ensure assigned areas meet contract and quality standards.
