Job summary

Dale Rogers Training Center (DRTC) is seeking a reliable Evening Shift Supervisor to lead custodial staff across multiple contract sites in Oklahoma City. This hands-on role includes inspections, training, and ensuring cleaning standards are met while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a 3:30 PM–Midnight schedule, Monday–Friday. Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of custodial procedures are essential to promote quality service,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in custodial or related facilities maintenance.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Lead Persons and Custodians at assigned contract.
• Train employees (new hires and ongoing).
• Monitor attendance and ensure timely arrivals.
• Address issues per agency procedures.
• Participate in events and emergency response as required.
• Submit payroll and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Schedule staff to meet task and frequency requirements.
• Ensure areas meet contract and quality standards.
