Genuine Parts Company (GPC) is seeking an On-Site Supply Customer Service Representative to support maintenance, facilities, and production teams within a large manufacturing facility. This role ensures a smooth flow of MRO materials and accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on-site in a role that emphasizes hands-on logistics, cycle counts, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to keep plant operations running efficiently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fill requests for MRO and indirect materials in the supply room.
• Serve as the walk-up customer contact for material needs.
• Locate materials using internal systems, part numbers, and product searches.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigates inventory discrepancies.
• Perform inventory adjustments, transfers, and counts.
• Receive, verify, and manage incoming shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to stock and deliver materials.
• Follow all company procedures, GMP standards, OSHA regulations, and customer safety requirements.

This position is 100% on-site, where your contributions have a visible and measurable impact.
