GPC is seeking an experienced MI Field Service Manager to plan, manage, review, and execute field service operations for a large-scale sales facility. The role focuses on achieving output and quality objectives while supervising a small team and controlling expenses.
The candidate will mentor staff, ensure adherence to CI procedures, and drive performance metrics across the location to deliver high-quality service efficiently. This position requires leadership in a dynamic field environment.
SUMMARY: MI Field Service Manager is responsible for planning, managing, reviewing, and executing the field service operations to achieve output and quality objectives of one (1) field service shop with large scale sales.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and ten (10) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. The employees is regularly required to lift/carry up to 50 pounds as well as the ability to lift bulky objects. The employee is regularly required to use neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, reach and lift, ladder climb and carry, crawling. Working conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be loud at times.
