Job summary

R3 Continuum, LLC is seeking diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events in Camden and surrounding areas in New Jersey.

This contract role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to communities while working on case-by-case basis, with comprehensive training available through R3C.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.
• Travel within Camden and surrounding areas in New Jersey as needed.
• Complete required reporting using the R3C mobile app.

Education
