Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC is seeking licensed mental health professionals to serve as Critical Incident Responders in New Jersey. Contractors will provide on-site crisis support to organizations and their staff after disruptive workplace events, with flexible scheduling and ongoing CIR training available.

Independent consultants must hold an NJ license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/psychologist), have a master's in mental health, and carry malpractice insurance. Training can be provided at no cost by R3C.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Master's degree in mental health required.
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or provide proof of CIR training.
