R3 Continuum seeks diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our Hartford-area network. You will provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events in Connecticut.

This contract role offers flexible scheduling and case-by-case assignments. Candidates must be independently licensed in CT (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist) and hold at least a master's degree in mental health, with Malpractice coverage of

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in CT (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• Master's degree in mental health required
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C’s CIR training or provide proof of approved CIR training
