Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Ohio (LPCC, IMFT, LISW, or Psychologist).
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
