R3 Continuum is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support in Monroe and surrounding areas in Ohio. This contractor role focuses on assisting organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.

Candidates must hold an Ohio license (LPCC, IMFT, LISW, or Psychologist) and possess a master's degree in mental health, with CIR training preferred or required.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Ohio (LPCC, IMFT, LISW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
