Job summary

R3 Continuum seeks diverse, compassionate behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support in Burlington and surrounding areas in Vermont. This contract role offers flexible, case-by-case engagement with organizations and employees affected by workplace disruptions.

Independent licensure in Vermont is required (LCMHC/LMFT/LCSW/Psychologist), with a master’s degree in mental health and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Vermont (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees following disruptive workplace events.
• Collaborate with organizations to assess needs and coordinate immediate response.
• Document interactions and reporting via the mobile app as required.
