Job summary

The Counter Sales role delivers exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online while supporting branch operations and order fulfillment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of customer service experience, along with proficiency in MS Office and strong numerical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong aptitude for numerical analysis.
• Skilled in office technology, including computers, scanners, phones, and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Manages pricing, product availability, and order status via phone, email, fax, and in-person interactions.
• Processes orders, coordinates deliveries, and ensures accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Maintains strong, solutions-oriented relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Performs general warehouse duties while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Maintains proficiency in company systems for data entry, messaging, documentation, and queue updates.
