Job summary

MindCare Solutions Group is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Provider (LCSW, LPC, LMHP) for on-site correctional settings in Colorado. Full-time, dayshift, compensation up to $45/hr. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, and participate in crisis interventions.

Requirements include a CO license, a Master’s degree in a related field, and 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience, with strong documentation skills and EHR familiarity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license (LCSW/LPC/LMHP) in CO.
• Master's degree required in a behavioral health field.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, especially in correctional/forensic settings.
• Experience with assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for incarcerated individuals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with care team.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Perform crisis intervention and suicide risk assessments.
