Job summary

MindCare Solutions is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Provider (LCSW or LPCC) for an onsite correctional role in Adelanto, CA. The position offers flexible PT or FT dayshifts with compensation up to $60 per hour, depending on contract type.

The clinician will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team, and provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and safety planning in a secure setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Provider with active CA license (LCSW or LPCC)
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience; correctional/inpatient preferred
• Spanish language skills a plus
• Experience with assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and risk assessment

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for incarcerated individuals
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the care team
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Perform crisis intervention including suicide risk assessments and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with medical staff, correctional officers, and stakeholders
• Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning
• Ensure compliance with correctional healthcare policies and credentialing
• Provide psychoeducation and coordinate care with community providers upon release
